Rugby is a tough game. It tests the physical and mental strength of those who take part. At college level it’s no different, but over the weekend two competing 1st XV took a different stand. They still played the game as hard as they could, but they also used the occasion to get men to admit they’re vulnerable, vulnerable to a killer disease cancer. But as Tamati Rimene-Sproat reports, the message was cancer can be beaten with regular check-up and healthy lifestyles.
